NAIOP South Florida Celebrates 2025 Awards Of Excellence Winners

South Florida’s commercial real estate elite recently came together for a night of celebration, recognition and inspiration during NAIOP South Florida’s 48th annual Awards of Excellence. The highly anticipated reception and dinner, held at the Marriott Harbor Beach Resort & Spa, honored the region’s most impactful projects, influential brokers and key deals completed in 2024.

JLL’s Manny De Zarraga was honored with the prestigious Lifetime Achievement Award. De Zarraga, executive managing director at JLL and a key member of the firm’s Capital Markets leadership teams, was recognized for more than 34 years of excellence in real estate investment banking. A respected industry veteran, De Zarraga has played a pivotal role in expanding capital markets platforms throughout the Americas, representing institutional investors and global family offices on landmark transactions across all asset types.
