The project will include more than 120,000 square feet of Class A office space, along with over 11,000 square feet of ground-floor retail.
The company is a fintech-driven commercial lending platform that provides customized financing solutions to small and medium-sized businesses across the United States.
Market activity also comes as nearly 500,000 square feet of active new-to-market requirements are being tracked across Miami-Dade, according to Blanca’s Q1 Miami Office Market report, signaling a strong pipeline of future demand as companies continue to expand and relocate within the region.
The lease transactions are valued at more than $56 million.
With nearly four decades of experience across commercial real estate, healthcare advisory, and corporate leadership, he will play a key role in advancing Blanca CRE’s healthcare tenant advisory services while supporting select landlord assignments.
Located at 7909–7911 East Drive, the site spans 23,707 square feet and is currently occupied by two older residential buildings totaling 29 units.
ADP’s Miami office will relocate from its current location at 10200 Sunset Drive in Miami.
The activity is comprised of three new leases, three lease renewals, and two expansions, all completed within the past three months with a range of prominent legal and financial service firms.
