The seller was represented by Blanca CRE’s Andres del Corral. Luisa Nichols of Keller Williams Capital represented the buyer.
Blanca CRE Executive Vice President Cary Cohen represented the seller in the transaction.
Blanca CRE announced the signing of approximately 60,000 square feet of lease transactions.
The new tenant leased 8,142 square feet of office space in the building.
The Main Las Olas was developed by Shorenstein Properties LLC and Stiles, two real estate leaders with development track records spanning more than a century.
CBRE’s Scott Goldstein and Keith Edelman handled lease negotiations for Crystal Cruises. The landlord was represented by Juan Ruiz and Jack Davidson of Blanca Commercial Real Estate.
Butters Realty & Management office team of Caroline Fleischer, Darcie Lunsford and Sky Butters represented the tenant.
The sale price equates to $1,066,667 per existing unit.
The JLL brokerage team of Managing Directors Steven Hurwitz and Doug Okun and associate Madeline Fine are spearheading the office leasing at the property.
