The Class A industrial portfolio is comprised of three buildings totaling 197,608 square feet.
Chris Metzger, Rick Etner Jr., and Christopher Thomson of Cushman & Wakefield’s South Florida Industrial Team represented Prologis and collaborated with their Leasing Manager Ashley McMullen in the lease negotiations for both deals.
The building is available for immediate occupancy and features 3,800 square feet of office space, 36-foot clear heights, 48 dock doors, two drive-in doors, 60 trailer parking spaces and ample automobile parking spaces and outdoor storage facilities.
Cushman & Wakefield’s South Florida Industrial Team represented the landlord in the lease negotiations. Matthew G. McAllister served as Cushman & Wakefield’s lead broker and worked with partners Chris Metzger, Rick Etner, and Christopher Thomson. The tenant was represented by Alex Bernaldo of America’s Commercial Real Estate.

The sale includes an industrial property which includes a vacant 224,560-square-foot building and approximately 23.2 acres of land.
The Class A infill industrial portfolio consists of seven buildings totaling 677,789 square feet.
