Glass Manufacturing Company Inks Full-Building Lease At South Florida Distribution Center

Cushman & Wakefield has arranged a new 249,700-square-foot full-building lease for South Florida Distribution Center Building B located at 20351 Sheridan St. in Pembroke Pines.

The lease is with All Glass Production who will fully occupy the building.

Cushman & Wakefield’s South Florida Industrial Team represented the landlord, Everwest Real Estate Investors, in the lease negotiations. Matthew G. McAllister served as Cushman & Wakefield’s lead broker and worked with partners Chris Metzger, Rick Etner, and Christopher Thomson. The tenant was represented by Alex Bernaldo of America’s Commercial Real Estate.

The Cushman & Wakefield team has also been overseeing leasing for South Florida Distribution Center Building B since January 2022 when they were awarded the assignment by Everwest Real Estate Investors and represented them in their purchase of the property.

All Glass Production will move into Building B this month and is expected to bring numerous jobs to the local market.  Building B was built in 2020 as a Class A industrial loading property and offers trailer and automobile parking, 13,000-square feet of dedicated office space, 32-foot clear height, dock high loading, with 12-foot by 14-foot drive in doors on the end cap spaces.

Situated along Sheridan Street (SR 882), just west of Highway 27, in the Southwest Broward submarket of Broward County, the South Florida Distribution Center consists of two existing buildings and approximately 23.2 acres of land that will eventually be developed into a third speculative industrial building of approximately 280,000 square feet. South Florida Distribution Center boasts convenient access to primary South Florida transportation arteries and ports via I-75, I-595, Highway 27, and Florida’s Turnpike.

Cushman & Wakefield’s South Florida Industrial Team is a nine-member group led by Chris Metzger, Rick Etner Jr., Christopher Thomson, and Matthew G. McAllister that has negotiated over 6.5 million square feet of sale and lease transactions valued at more than $330 million in 2022.
