The tenant was represented by Alex Bernaldo of America’s Commercial Real Estate.
The closed transactions are valued at over $63 million.

Raul Bode and Alexander Bernaldo, SIOR, represented the seller, 6450 Building, LLC and Alex Shather of Politan Real Estate LLC represented the buyer, Rene Hernandez, in the transaction.
The commercial real estate transactions were all completed throughout the South Florida area in April and May by Vice President Frank Trelles, SIOR, Sales Associate Jason Gonzalez and Sales Associate Brandon Careaga.
The industrial portfolio includes approximately 750,050 square feet of warehouse space and a land parcel totaling approximately 13.2 acres.
Americas Commercial was also able to expand its sales and support team.
