State Street Realty Brokers Close More Than 99,000 Square Feet Of CRE Transactions In South Florida

State Street Realty recently completed lease and sale transactions totaling over 99,000 square feet with a value of $8.7 million.

The commercial real estate transactions were all completed throughout the South Florida area in April and May by Vice President Frank Trelles, SIOR,  Sales Associate Jason Gonzalez and Sales Associate Brandon Careaga.

Deals that State Street Realty recently closed include:

• Frank and Brandon represented the tenant who leased a 19,900-square-foot warehouse space located at 11825 NW 100 Road in Medley.  Stuart Gordon of Cushman & Wakefield represented the landlord.  The transaction is valued at $909,032.
• Frank and Jason represented the tenant who leased a 48,715-square-foot warehouse located at 4280 NW 104 Street in Medley. The landlord was represented by Andrew Lehrer of Flagler Global Logistics.  The transaction is valued at $2.8 million.
• Frank and Brandon represented the tenant who leased a 15,264-square-foot warehouse space located at 8771 NW 102nd Street in Medley.  Michael Silva of Americas Commercial Real Estate represented the landlord.  The transaction is valued at $750,000.
• Frank represented the seller of a 15,500-square-foot office building located at 2900 NW 109 Avenue in Doral.  Andres Asion of Miami Real Estate Group represented the buyer.  The transaction is valued at $4,250,000.
