State Street Realty Closes More Than 129,000 SF Of CRE Transactions In June

State Street Realty, a Miami-based brokerage and advisory firm, recently completed lease transactions totaling over 129,000 square feet with a value of $22 million.

These commercial real estate transactions were all completed throughout the South Florida area in June by Executive Vice President Frank Trelles, SIOR and Sales Associate Jason Gonzalez.

The tenants all expanded from their existing space. Frank and Jason represented the tenants in the following lease deals:

• Pro Pak leased a 49,732-square-foot warehouse space located at 3741 West 112 Place.  The landlord was represented by Carlos Velasquez and Raul Estrada of VSRE.
• Triton Logistics leased a 41,310-square-foot warehouse space located at 3621 West 112 Place.  The landlord, once again, was represented by Velasquez and Estrada of VSRE.
• Elements & Accents leased a 38,379-square-foot warehouse space located at 2023 NW 84 Avenue.  The landlord was represented by George Pino, SIOR and Brian Cabielles, SIOR of State Street Realty.
