State Street Realty Closes Over 427,000SF Of CRE Transactions

State Street Realty recently completed lease and sale transactions totaling over an impressive 427,000 square feet with an estimated value of over $55,000,000.

These commercial real estate transactions were all completed throughout the South Florida area in July and August 2022 by Vice President Frank Trelles, SIOR, Sales Associate Jason Gonzalez and Sales Associate Brandon Careaga.

Deals that State Street Realty recently closed include:

  • Trelles and Careaga represented the Tenant, Talatrans Worldwide, who leased a 15,121 SF warehouse space located at Prologis Beacon Centre – 1607 NW 84 Avenue in Doral.  George Pino, SIOR, and Brian Cabielles, SIOR, of State Street Realty represented the Landlord.
  • Trelles and Gonzalez represented the Tenant, Triton Logistics, who leased a 149,597 SF warehouse located at 3621 West 112 Place in Hialeah. The Landlord was represented by Andrew Lehrer of Flagler Global Logistics.
  • Trelles, Gonzalez and Careaga represented the Landlord, Alexim, who leased an 11,000 SF warehouse space located at 7800 NW 46 Street in Miami to the Tenant, Doctors Healthcare.
  • Trelles, Gonzalez and Careaga represented the Landlord, Alexim, who leased an 9,600 SF warehouse space located at 7790 NW 46 Street in Miami to the Tenant, Plex International.
  • Trelles represented the Tenant, Rentex, who leased a 27,000 SF warehouse space located at 3200 NW 27 Avenue in Pompano Beach.  Chris Metzger of Cushman & Wakefield represented the Landlord.
  • Trelles and Gonzalez represented the Tenant, Miami-Dade County Elections Department, who leased an 147,726 SF warehouse located at 9835 NW 14 Street in Doral. The Landlord was represented by Sebastian Juncadella and Jose Juncadella of Fairchild Partners.
  • Trelles and Gonzalez represented the Buyer of an 50,142 SF shopping center located at 10505 NW 112 Avenue in Miami.  Mark Aleman of Aleman Realty represented the Seller.  The transaction is valued at $11,750,000.
  • Trelles and Gonzalez represented the Buyer of an 17,500 SF warehouse located at 1810 NW 94 Avenue in Doral.  The transaction is valued at $4,750,000.
