Prologis Pompano Park Welcomes Two New Tenants Totaling 92,000 SF

Cushman & Wakefield has arranged two new leases at Prologis Pompano Park, a modern seven-building industrial property owned and managed by Prologis.

Florida Windows & Doors will occupy 51,546 square feet within Building 7 while Ice MIG, LLC will take 40,846 square feet within Building 2.

Chris Metzger, Rick Etner Jr., and Christopher Thomson of Cushman & Wakefield’s South Florida Industrial Team represented Prologis and collaborated with their Leasing Manager Ashley McMullen in the lease negotiations for both deals.

Florida Windows & Doors was represented by Greg Lawrence from The Commercial Department Inc. Ice MIG, LLC was represented by Alan Berger from IPO Realty, Inc.

“Pompano Beach is the premier distribution location in the South Florida market and Prologis has some of the best buildings in this area, especially the Prologis Pompano Park.,” said Metzger, Vice Chairman at Cushman & Wakefield.

Prologis Pompano Park buildings 7 and 2 are located at 3101 and 3000 NW 27th Ave. strategically located between Interstate 95 and Florida’s Turnpike with access to the Tri-County area of Broward, Palm Beach, and Miami-Dade Counties, an ideal location for distribution.

Florida Windows & Doors will utilize their space for window and door distribution and will occupy the space immediately. Meanwhile, Ice MIG, LLC is a reverse logistics company and will take immediate occupancy.

Cushman & Wakefield’s South Florida Industrial Team is a 10-member group led by Chris Metzger, Rick Etner Jr., Christopher Thomson, and Matthew G. McAllister that has negotiated over 6.5 million square feet of sale and lease transactions valued at more than $524 million in 2023.
