State Street Realty Brokers Close More Than 400,000 SF Of CRE Transactions

State Street Realty recently completed lease and sale transactions totaling over 400,000 square feet with a value of over $63,000,000.

The commercial real estate transactions were all completed throughout the South Florida area by Executive Vice President Frank Trelles, SIOR, Jason Gonzalez. and Brandon Careaga.

Deals recently closed include:

  • A 198,108 SF industrial space located at 8406 NW 90 Street in Medley.  The tenant was represented by Trelles.  CBRE represented the Landlord.
  • Logistics Plus leased a 182,000 SF industrial space located at 9575 NW 174th Street in Hialeah.  Trelles represented the tenant.  The Landlord was represented by State Street Realty and Butters Realty.
  • Shou Le leased an 11,000 SF industrial space at 6996 NW 12 Street in Miami.  The tenant was represented by Trelles and Careaga. The landlord was represented by the Vivo Group.
  • Zummo leased a 12,552 SF industrial space located at 1411 NW 84 Avenue in Doral.  Trelles represented the tenant.  The Landlord was represented by George Pino and Brian Cabielles of State Street Realty.
  • Industrial Equipment leased a 16,200 SF industrial space located at 2201 NW 110 Avenue in Miami.  The tenant was represented by Trelles and Gonzalez.  The Landlord was represented by Newmark.
  • Global Moving leased 15,476 SF of industrial space at Gardens West Commercial Center located at 10900 NW 146 Street in Hialeah Gardens.  The tenant was represented by Trelles and Careaga.  The landlord was represented by Americas Commercial Real Estate.
