Americas Commercial Real Estate Reps Buyer In $70 Million Industrial Portfolio Acquisition

Americas Commercial Real Estate President Alexander Bernaldo, SIOR represented the buyer, HighBrook Investors, in the acquisition of four industrial buildings located at 3455 NW 54th Street, 5400 NW 32nd Court, 5530 NW 32nd Court, in Miami, and 6708 Harney Road in Tampa.

Michael Silva, Vice President with Americas Commercial Real Estate, was also involved in the transaction.

HighBrook paid $70,375,000 to acquire the industrial portfolio which includes approximately 750,050 square feet of warehouse space and a land parcel totaling approximately 13.2 acres. The deal closed August 13.
