Cushman & Wakefield Tapped To Lease WPB Office Building

Cushman & Wakefield has been named exclusive leasing agent for the Horizons Building, a 64,094-square-foot office building in West Palm Beach.
The leasing team of Director Mark L. Pateman, Director Kevin D. Landers, Associate Director Tara England, and Associate Broker Michael Osiecki have been retained by building owner AW Property Co. to lease the property. The building is currently 93.3 percent occupied.
The Horizons Building is an eight-story office structure located at 1401 Forum Way.
 

“The new outlet mall, high-end multi-family residential, and possible new hospitality options are creating a sense of excitement in this corridor,” said Landers.
