Tenant Rep Trio Joins Cushman & Wakefield

In a move to build more momentum for its South Florida practice across all market sectors, Cushman & Wakefield has added to its roster.
Tony Jones, Ryan Levy, and Michael Feuerman have joined the tenant representation group.
Prior to joining CushWake, Jones was a managing director with Newmark Grubb Knight Frank. He worked closely with Levy, who was an associate at the firm. As for Feuerman, he was most recently a principal with Lehrer & Feuerman.

With more than a decade of experience, Jones will serve the firm as a senior director. He brings extensive market knowledge to the tenant representation team with specific focus on transaction services.
By formulating and implementing real estate strategies that reduce occupancy costs, he supports corporate and institutional clients’ short and long term goals. Most recently, he completed corporate assignments with Lexis Nexis, Credit Suisse, Barclay’s, Berlitz, among others. Prior to his role with Newmark, he was a senior associate with CBRE.
Feuerman joins the firm as a director focusing on office tenant representation in the Broward/Boca Raton market. A licensed attorney, he has been a commercial real estate broker in South Florida since 1999. He began his career in commercial real estate as a sales associate with Colliers International and subsequently with Coldwell Banker Commercial.
Levy joins CushWake as a senior associate and will focus on expanding the company’s South Florida tenant representation practice. He specializes in advising local and national companies through a coordinated process that maximizes building opportunities and executes strategic real estate plans to compliment his clients’ business objectives.
