Ryan Holtzman, Eddie Quinon, Brian Gale, and Andrew Trench represented landlord while Tony Jones represented tenant in the transaction.
The growing company has offices in more than 20 countries, with plans to expand and hire 1,100 new employees worldwide with nearly half of its new workforce to be based in Miami.
The company has been a tenant at 801 Brickell since 1986.
CBRE also announced that in the past six months, Kevin Gonzalez, Jake Freeman and Maggie Kurtz have arranged nine new office leases totaling 92,000 square feet at 777 Brickell.
The deals include 2 lease renewals, 1 renewal/expansion and 1 new lease deal.
