C&W Spearheads New 101,000-SF Lease With Tech Company In Downtown Miami

Cushman & Wakefield has arranged a new long-term office lease totaling 101,000 square feet at the Wells Fargo Center building in downtown Miami on behalf of IT and security management software company Kaseya.

Brokers from Cushman & Wakefield represented both the landlord and tenant in the transaction. Ryan Holtzman, Eddie Quinon, Brian Gale, and Andrew Trench represented landlord, Metropolitan Life Insurance Company while Tony Jones represented tenant Kaseya.

Kaseya’s lease at Wells Fargo Center aligns with the company further expanding its presence in the Miami area and marks their fourth office location. The company has already begun to officially move into its new office space in the building.
