Derek Baker of Colliers represented the tenant, while Brian Gale and Anthony Librizzi of Cushman & Wakefield represented the landlord.
The acquisition of this Class A building represents a significant milestone for the buyer as they expand their portfolio and acquire their first South Florida asset.
Over the last nine months, the team at Wells Fargo Center has executed over 250,000 square feet of leasing transactions, bringing the building to 93% occupancy.
