Brian Gale and Edward Quinon of Cushman & Wakefield represented the landlord in the lease negotiations. Holland & Knight LLP was represented by Todd Lippman and Shay Pope of CBRE.
Ryan Holtzman, Eddie Quinon, Brian Gale, and Andrew Trench represented landlord while Tony Jones represented tenant in the transaction.
The lease is also the largest in the 638,355-square-foot building.
The office building is nearly 70 percent leased ahead of its late-2022 completion.
Cushman & Wakefield’s Brian Gale, Andrew Trench, and Ryan Holtzman represented the landlord, Nuveen Real Estate, in the lease negotiations and Transwestern’s Glenn H. Gregory represented the tenant.
He will join the firm’s Miami-based Office Agency Leasing team consisting of Brian Gale, Andrew Trench, Ryan Holtzman, Jeannette Mendoza and Lena Weeks.
The new-to-market financial tenant brings the building to 96% leased.
