Cushman & Wakefield Completes 23 Leasing Transactions At Waterford Atrium

Cushman & Wakefield completed 23 leasing transactions in 2024 at Waterford Atrium in Miami’s Airport submarket on behalf of the landlord, RealOp Investments.

The largest transactions include:

• A new 23,938-square-foot lease with GF Immigration (represented by Adam Talbot, Zachary Talbot and Robert Orban of Cresa)
• A 21,986-square-foot lease with 21 Air, LLC (represented by Jordan Wade and Glenn Gregory of Transwestern)
• A 12,482-square-foot lease with Cloud Software Group, Inc. (represented by Rod Loschiavo at Colliers International)

Cushman & Wakefield’s Miami-based Office Agency Leasing team of Jeannette Mendoza and Brian Gale oversee leasing efforts at Waterford Atrium and represented the landlord for all transactions.

2024 leasing activity at Waterford Atrium has reached 143,083 square feet to-date and includes the following additional transactions:
