Cresa Miami’s Jeff Hartsook and Adam Talbot represented the tenant in the lease renewal.
The lease transactions in West Palm Beach, Broward and Miami-Dade Counties total 96,453 square feet on 12.5 acres.
Cushman & Wakefield’s Brian Gale, Andrew Trench, and Ryan Holtzman represented the landlord, Nuveen Real Estate, in the lease negotiations and Transwestern’s Glenn H. Gregory represented the tenant.
C.J. Easton and David Wilf, both acquisition principals with The Easton Group, sourced the deal.
