Conness Commercial Realty Leads Sunbelt Rentals’ South Florida Expansion, Negotiates Industrial Outside Storage Leases Across Tri-County

Patrick Conness of Conness Commercial Realty represented Sunbelt Rentals in three lease transactions in West Palm Beach, Broward and Miami-Dade Counties totaling 96,453 square feet on 12.5 acres.

In the first lease deal, Sunbelt Rentals signed on to occupy 54,748 square feet at 8050 NW 90th Street in Medley, Florida (Miami-Dade County). The warehouse offers a fully fenced 6.72-acre outside storage lot as well as heavy power, multiple cranes, and FEC rail access. Carlos Gaviria with Transwestern represented Landlord Terreno Realty Corp. in the lease deal.

In the second lease deal, Sunbelt agreed to occupy 32,575 square feet at 3400 Burris Road in Davie, Florida (Broward County). The warehouse offers 3.4 acres of outside storage as well as 24 oversized overhead doors, 20′ clear ceiling height, and heavy power. The central location provides easy access to I-595, FL Turnpike, I-95, FLL and Port Everglades. No landlord representation participated in the Davie transaction.

The third lease deal encompasses 9,130 square feet at 766 Pike Road in West Palm Beach, Florida (Palm Beach County) with a total of 2.4 acres of outside storage. The Industrial Outside Storage (IOS) property is located directly off of Florida’s Turnpike and Southern Blvd., centrally located in West Palm Beach and minutes away from Palm Beach International Airport and Interstate 95. Yvette Fucarile with Partnership Realty Inc. represented the Landlord, Fucarile Sons Holdings LLC, in the transaction.

The company currently has over 1,100 locations in the United States and is in the midst of a major growth plan, opening 300+ locations over the next 3 years.
