State Street Realty Brokers 30,000 SF Warehouse Lease
State Street Realty has renewed the lease with Apple Express Courier for 29,760 square feet of industrial space at Beacon Centre Business Park, located within the Miami-Airport West submarket.
As a result, Beacon Centre Building 2, a 114,682-square-foot building within the Class A industrial business park located at 1715 NW Avenue in Doral, remains 100% occupied.
State Street Realty President George Pino, SIOR, represented the Landlord, Prologis. Thomas Kresse of Transwestern represented Apple Express Courier.
