Iberia Foods Leases 78,000 SF

Transwestern Real Estate Services’ (TRS) South Florida industrial team secured a 77,966-square-foot new lease for Iberia Foods at Centergate at Gratigny, a three-building, 1.6 million-square-foot, Class A industrial property at 5801 and 6301 E. 10th Ave. in Hialeah.

Transwestern’s South Florida Industrial Team – Thomas Kresse, Walter Byrd, Ben Eisenberg and Carlos Gaviria –  represented the owner in the transaction.

“We are pleased to execute this lease with Iberia Foods Corp in Phase I of Centergate at Gratigny,” said Kresse. “This prominent, Class A industrial park is centrally located in north Miami-Dade County, right off the Gratigny Expressway, making it an ideal location for distribution throughout South Florida. Additionally, the property is fully fenced and offers 32-foot ceiling heights.”
