Ryan Holtzman, Andrew Trench, and Michael Feldman of Cushman & Wakefield and Chris Coots of Flagler Healthcare Investments will collaborate to oversee medical office leasing efforts on behalf of the developer, which is a partnership between Black Salmon and The Allen Morris Company.
Over the last nine months, the team at Wells Fargo Center has executed over 250,000 square feet of leasing transactions, bringing the building to 93% occupancy.
Ryan Holtzman, Eddie Quinon, Brian Gale, and Andrew Trench represented landlord while Tony Jones represented tenant in the transaction.
The lease is also the largest in the 638,355-square-foot building.
The office building is nearly 70 percent leased ahead of its late-2022 completion.
Cushman & Wakefield’s Brian Gale, Andrew Trench, and Ryan Holtzman represented the landlord, Nuveen Real Estate, in the lease negotiations and Transwestern’s Glenn H. Gregory represented the tenant.
He will join the firm’s Miami-based Office Agency Leasing team consisting of Brian Gale, Andrew Trench, Ryan Holtzman, Jeannette Mendoza and Lena Weeks.
The new-to-market financial tenant brings the building to 96% leased.
