Colliers announced the completion of a 27,297-square-foot office and retail lease for Banco do Brasil Americas (BB Americas Bank), which will establish its U.S. headquarters at Brickell Arch, a landmark mixed-use property located at 1395 Brickell Avenue in Miami’s financial district. Colliers’ Vice President Tom Farmer, Vice Chair Stephen Rutchik, and Vice President Ana Paula represented ownership, Gaedeke Group, in the lease negotiations. The transaction encompasses 23,206 square feet of office space spanning the entire fourth floor of the building, as well as 4,091 square feet of ground-floor retail space. After more than a decade in Brickell, BB Americas Bank is reaffirming its commitment to Miami’s financial district through its relocation from 1221 Brickell Avenue to Brickell Arch, reflecting the bank’s continued investment in South Florida and its commitment to providing a modern workplace for employees and clients.
