Cushman & Wakefield Lands Nearly 300,000 SF Leasing Assignment

Cushman & Wakefield has been awarded the leasing assignment for Midpoint Logistics (MPL), a rare 297,918-square-foot industrial facility being developed in northwest Miami-Dade County.
The project is adjacent to existing Countyline Corporate Park and is currently under construction with delivery expected in the second quarter of 2023.

Wayne Ramoski and Skylar Stein of Cushman & Wakefield will oversee leasing efforts for the owner, Dalfen Industrial. Industry veteran Butters Construction will be the developer on the project.

“We are excited to be working on this first ground-up project for Dalfen in Miami-Dade and continue a valued relationship,” said Ramoski, Executive Managing Director at Cushman & Wakefield’s Miami office.

 

“This project represents one of the few industrial spaces that will be available mid-2023 and we are already seeing good activity,” added Stein, Director at Cushman & Wakefield’s Miami office.

MPL will be designed to suit tenant needs with custom tenant buildouts and a secured drive-thru truck serving a rear-loaded facility. Located within minutes of Florida’s Turnpike, SR #826, and I-75, MPL will provide excellent logistics to both Miami-Dade and Broward air and seaports.
