Last week, I called my contact in Tallahassee and confirmed that my interpretation was correct.
The Park consists of approximately 530,000 square feet of small and midsize dock height and street level office / warehouse bays situated on approximately 30 acres of land within a designated Foreign Trade Zone and is comprised of one of the most diverse mixtures and configurations of warehouse units of any industrial park in Broward County.
The Buyer, Pelican Bays LLC, also appointed Levy Realty Advisors exclusivity to manage and lease the property, which is currently occupied by approximately 120 tenants.
Judith (Judy) A. Dolan, Senior Vice President with Levy Realty Advisors, LLC, and Stephen Hyatt, Senior Vice President with Berger Commercial Realty, joined forces to sell the two adjoining properties in Fort Lauderdale.
The building features approximately 8,000 square feet of office and 19,000 square feet of warehouse space on 1.3 acres.
Cushman & Wakefield secured $9 million in acquisition financing through Principal Life on behalf of the buyer.

She has handled such notable transactions including the sale and purchase of East Port Center, a 108,500-square-foot showroom/warehouse property; Plantation Technology Center, a 98,000-square-foot multi-tenant office/flex building; and Harbor Place, a 36,000-square-foot office building on SE 17th Street in Fort Lauderdale.
A long-standing 44,000-square-foot tenant at the 515,000-square-foot Lauderdale Lakes Industrial Park, which is managed and leased by Levy Realty Advisors, purchased the building.
