Longtime Industry Veteran Joins Levy Realty Advisors As Senior VP

Levy Realty Advisors (LRA) announced that longtime industry veteran Judith (Judy) A. Dolan has joined the Levy Realty Advisors team as Senior Vice President.

Judy comes to Levy Realty Advisors with a broad range of experience in both commercial sales and leasing. She has handled such notable transactions including the sale and purchase of East Port Center, a 108,500-square-foot showroom/warehouse property; Plantation Technology Center, a 98,000-square-foot multi-tenant office/flex building; and Harbor Place, a 36,000-square-foot office building on SE 17th Street in Fort Lauderdale.  Additionally, Judy has represented clients such as Resolve Marine Group, Principal Life Insurance, Seagis Property Group, Bank of America, and US Bank.

Judy will continue to handle commercial sales and leasing at her new position with Levy Realty Advisors. She most recently served as Senior Vice President with Berger Commercial Realty/Corfac International.

Prior to becoming a licensed real estate broker, Ms. Dolan handled real estate transactions as a licensed Florida attorney, including drafting and negotiating contracts and leases and as a real estate closing attorney.

Ms. Dolan is a long-time resident of Broward County involved in many organizations, including being a current director and past President of the board of directors for Advocates for Children & Families, a non-profit adoption agency, founder and past Chairwoman of The Women’s Chamber of Commerce, past President of the American Business Women’s Association.  Ms. Dolan was honored as Member of the Year and Woman of the Year from the American Business Women’s Association and Member of the Month and recipient of the Pinnacle Award from the Miramar Pembroke Pines Chamber of Commerce.

Ms. Dolan has also been named Costar Power Broker 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010, and 2015.
