Brenner Negotiates 3 Warehouse Leases Totaling 25,000 SF

Brenner Real Estate Group announced three warehouse leases in Miami-Dade and Broward counties totaling 24,626 square feet.
Michael Eisner, CCIM, Vice President, Commercial Brokerage, represented high-end furniture moving and storage company Metropolitan Warehousing and Delivery, Inc. in a 14,266 square foot warehouse lease at 5255 NW 165^th Street, in Miami Gardens. The landlord, 5255 Holding, Inc. represented itself.
Two additional leases, were negotiated by Helen Weissman, CCIM. Heatinaclick, LLC, a therapeutic medical device supplier, leased 7,000 square feet of office/showroom/warehouse space at 19823 Tigertail Blvd., Dania Beach. Weissman represented the tenant in the lease deal. The landlord, KTR Hollywood, LLC, represented itself.
Weissman also represented tenant ER Tillage, LLC, a distributor of agricultural equipment, in a 3,360 square foot warehouse lease at 728 NW 6^th Avenue in Fort Lauderdale, representing the company’s expansion into South Florida. The landlord, Rosanne D. Casale, was represented by Jan Stolow of Levy Realty Advisors.
