Keith Kidwell, Les Byron, and Steve Davis of SVN | Commercial Realty represented the landlord and Patrick Conness of Conness Commercial Realty represented Sunbelt Rentals, Inc. in the transaction.

The lease is valued at $1.7 million.
Coastal Waste & Recycling of Broward County, LLC sold the facility, which is situated on 1.88 acres of land, for $4,500,000.
