Sperry Van Ness Represents Allegiance Crane In 45,000 SF Expansion

Allegiance Crane has added a second Broward County location, executing a lease for 1700 – 1800 N.W. 23 Avenue in Fort Lauderdale.
The property features two office, warehouse & vehicle maintenance buildings totaling 45,000 square feet on 5.25 acres.  The buildings were formerly occupied by Yellow Cab.
This new facility will complement their current facility located at 777 S. Andrews Avenue in Pompano Beach.
