Brenner's Weissman Keeping Hollywood's Industrial Market Occupied

Helen Weissman, CCIM, Commercial Associate with Brenner Real Estate Group, negotiated three lease deals in Hollywood. Weissman represented the landlord in each deal.
ABC Hollywood Hardware and Lumber, Inc., an eight-year-old supplier of hardware home décor, leased 6,400 square feet of industrial space within 4010 North 28^th Terrace, Hollywood as an additional location. According to Weissman, the tenant chose the space for its move-in condition and I-95 frontage. The tenant was represented by Robert Estevez of E Realty & Investments, Inc.
Weissman also negotiated a 3,500 square foot industrial warehouse lease with G & A Enterprise, Inc. at Hollywood Distribution Center.  The property is located at 3916 B. N. 29^th Avenue, Hollywood.  The tenant represented itself.
In the third transaction, Park Place Florida, Inc., a five-year-old manufacturer of hydraulic lifts, leased 2,500 square feet of industrial warehouse space within the 4028 Building, 4028 N. 29^th Avenue, Hollywood, FL in a relocation from Hallandale. Ms. Weissman represented the landlord, Hudson Bay Trading. The tenant was represented by Michele Noonan of Premier Realty.
