Florida CCIM Chapter Honors New South Florida CCIM Designees
The Florida CCIM Chapter has recognized 19 chapter members who recently earned the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation from the CCIM Institute.
The following Ft. Lauderdale-Broward CCIM District and Miami-Dade/Monroe CCIM District members were among 201 industry professionals nationwide who earned the CCIM designation during the organization’s 2016 Annual Governance Meetings that were held Oct. 24–28 at the Grand Hyatt Atlanta in Buckhead in Atlanta:
- Francisco Jaramillo, CCIM, Xceligent, Miami, Miami-Dade/Monroe District
- Vanessa Lightbourn, CCIM, Bank United, NA, Pembroke Pines, Broward District
- Casper (C.J.) Maier, CCIM, Willow International Realty, Ft. Lauderdale, Broward District
- Jorge Napoles, CCIM, Napoles Real Estate Services, LLC, Miramar, Broward District
- Wendy Pierre, CCIM, Wendy Pierre, P.A., West Palm Beach, Miami-Dade/Monroe District
“Through hard work and determination, each designee dedicated themselves to achieve the CCIM designation, which will pay off throughout their entire commercial real estate career,” says 2016 CCIM Institute President Steven W. Headquartered in Chicago, the CCIM Institute is one of the largest commercial real estate networks worldwide. To earn the CCIM designation, commercial real estate professionals must complete more than 160 hours of case-study driven education covering topics such as interest-based negotiation, financial analysis, market analysis, user decision analysis, investment analysis, and ethics in commercial investment real estate. Candidates must also compile a portfolio demonstrating the depth of their commercial real estate experience and pass a comprehensive examination.
