Berger Commercial Realty Facilitates $10.5 Million Sale Of Griffin Yard In Dania Beach
Berger Commercial Realty/CORFAC International is pleased to announce the successful closing of the sale of Griffin Yard – Mac’s Millions of Parts, a prime 4.8-acre industrial property located at 1200 Old Griffin Road in Dania Beach.
The transaction closed on June 6, with a purchase price of $10,500,000.
The property was sold by 1200 Old Griffin Road, LLC, a longstanding client of Berger Commercial Realty, and was represented in the transaction by Berger Commercial’s experienced team comprised of Senior Vice President Keith Graves, SIOR, CCIM, Sales Associate Daniel Forman, Senior Vice President Jonathan Thiel, and Vice President Lawrence Oxenberg.
The buyer, DS Realty, Inc., plans to utilize the site for general storage and parking purposes.
Griffin Yard features a 5,000-square-foot industrial building comprising approximately 20% office and 80% warehouse space. The fenced facility includes 18-foot clear ceiling height and six grade-level loading doors, offering both functionality and flexibility for future use.
The site is strategically located just minutes from major transportation arteries including I-95, I-595, and SR 84, as well as Fort Lauderdale–Hollywood International Airport and Port Everglades. This exceptional connectivity helped the property command market pricing typically reserved for fully developable industrial land.
The property also holds a deep connection to the local community. Known as the home of Mac’s Millions of Parts, it has been operated as a second-generation family business since 1977 and was founded by one of Dania Beach’s oldest families.
