SVN Commercial Realty’s Les Byron Inks 40,000 SF Industrial Lease

SVN Commercial Realty‘sLes Byron, SIOR, CCIM announced the lease of an industrial building located at 1801 N Andrews Avenue.

S.O. Enterprises leased 40,000 square feet from Little Bear, LLC. S.O. Enterprises manufactures cabinetry for commercial and residential builders.

The lease is valued at $1.7 million.

Byron, who serves as Managing Director of SVN Commercial Realty, represented the tenant in the transaction.
