Keith Kidwell, Les Byron, and Steve Davis of SVN | Commercial Realty represented the landlord and Patrick Conness of Conness Commercial Realty represented Sunbelt Rentals, Inc. in the transaction.
Peter Messina, CCIM of SVN Commercial Realty represented the tenant in the transaction. Butters Realty and State Street Realty represented the Landlord.
The Davis Plumbing portfolio includes properties at 1404 NE 4th Ave, 1408 NE 4th Ave and a land parcel at the NWC of NE 5th Ave & NE 14th Street.
The property was the former headquarters of the family-owned and operated Rex Discount.
Totaling 144,168 square feet, Building G is now 62% pre-leased. The project is currently under construction and on pace for a December 2021 completion.

The lease is valued at $1.7 million.
Coastal Waste & Recycling of Broward County, LLC sold the facility, which is situated on 1.88 acres of land, for $4,500,000.
