SVN Commercial Realty Completes 52,000 SF Lease For GLB Trucking

SVN Commercial Realty represented GLB Trucking in securing a lease at Miami Midway Park.

The 51,788-square-foot lease represents approximately 10% of the 505,000-square-foot new industrial distribution project being developed by Butters Construction in partnership with Greystar.

Peter Messina, CCIM of SVN Commercial Realty represented the tenant in the transaction. Butters Realty and State Street Realty represented the Landlord.

“The Miami Midway Park project provides a great opportunity for GLB Trucking to expand and upgrade their facilities to accommodate the growth they are experiencing. It also ideally positions GLB to capture additional market share in the coming years,” said Messina.
