SVN Ft. Lauderdale's Team Closes Nearly $4M In Industrial Sales

Les Byron, Jr. SIOR, CCIM, Keith Kidwell, SIOR, CCIM, and Steve Davis, P.A., of Sperry Van Ness Commercial Realty in Fort Lauderdale have negotiated two industrial building sales totaling $3,725,000.
The team represented the buyer, Hutchings Automotive Products, Inc., in the purchase a 37,066-square-foot warehouse, located at 2041 NW 15th Avenue in Pompano Beach. The building, which sits on 2 acres of land, was purchased for $2,950,000 from Florida Screw Manufacturing Company.  The 1979-built property was originally built by Florida Screw Manufacturing Company.
In a second transaction, Davis, Kidwell, and Byron represented the buyer, NTN Properties, LLC, in the purchased of an office/warehouse property located in Lauderhill for $775,000.  The property features a 21,236 +/- square foot multi-tenanted building on 1.5 acres. Castelli Real Estate represented the buyer in the transaction.
