Symmetrical Stair Inks 22,000 SF Deal

Michael Rauch, Sr. Managing Partner of CRE Rauch, Lupo, Robertson & Co. represented the landlord, High Ridge Holdings of Boynton Beach, in a 21,786 SF industrial lease for tenant Symmetrical Stair, LLC of Boynton Beach, Florida.
The property is located at 141 Commerce Drive in Boynton Beach.
Symmetrical Stair was previously located at 1335 Neptune Drive in Boynton. That building was acquired by John Deere, forcing the move.
“Meeting their move- in timing of February 15th was a challenge, given our building had no office built out and we were starting from scratch,” Rauch told CRE-sources.
Sperry Van Ness’s Les Byron represented the tenant.
