Recovery Realty I, LLC has purchased the property located at 205-209 N.W. 12th Avenue, Pompano Beach from RRSR, Inc. for $2,725,000.
The property features a 24,460 square foot vehicle maintenance facility on 4.43 +/- acres, originally built for Southern Sanitation. The property is located on the northwest corner of the intersection of I-95 and West Atlantic Blvd. in Pompano Beach.
Keith Kidwell, SIOR, CCIM, Les Byron, Jr. SIOR, CCIM and Steve Davis, P.A., of Sperry Van Ness Commercial Realty in Fort Lauderdale, represented the seller in this transaction. Tom O’Loughlin of CBRE represented the buyer.
Just two weeks ago, the same SVN trio announced a deal in which they represented the landlord of a 47,000-square-foot vehicle maintenance facility on 10 acres, located at the entrance to Port Everglades, in a long-term lease deal to Enterprise Leasing Company of Florida, LLC. The property is located at 1700 Eller Drive in Hollywood.
