Levy Realty Advisors’ Josh Levy, Ken Silberling Negotiate Two Industrial Leases Totaling 20,000 Square Feet

Levy Realty Advisors COO Josh Levy and Senior Vice President Ken Silberling represented landlords Gateway Park Holdings, LLC and West Atlantic Holdings, LLC in two new industrial leases totaling 19,750 square feet.

Tampa-based Oracle Elevator leased 10,050 square feet at 6500 NW 15th Avenue in Fort Lauderdale to relocate their regional service and dispatch center. Oracle Elevator specializes in elevator service and installations across the U.S.

Gran Quartz, a US affiliate of an international company that provides tools to the stone fabrication and concrete polishing industries, leased 9,600 square feet at 2099 West Atlantic Boulevard in Pompano Beach to relocate and expand their regional showroom and distribution center.

“Both leases are the result of a coordinated effort by the Levy team,” said Silberling. “I knew we had the right spaces to accommodate both tenants. It took a lot of follow up, a few socially distant meetings and the use of some new tools like virtual tours to get the deals done in today’s challenging environment. Our management and construction teams were instrumental in demonstrating how we could deliver the spaces to meet the tenants’ needs.”

 

“By leasing the two largest availabilities in our 3 million square foot South Florida industrial portfolio, we are now 98 percent leased,” added Levy. “The industrial market has proven to be remarkably resilient to the COVID-19 crisis, and our management team led by Josh Levy has done a great job of working with both our new and existing tenants to help them navigate through this difficult period.”

Oracle was represented by Kyle Chaikin of Franklin Street Realty in Tampa, while Gran Quartz was represented by Pamela Ball of Sasco Realty in Dallas.
