Levy Realty Advisors Negotiates More Than 60,000 SF In Lease Deals

Matthew Jones, Director of Leasing & Sales and Property Manager with Levy Realty Advisors, recently negotiated a 3-year, 14,000-square-foot lease deal for distribution/warehouse space at Lakeview Center in Dania Beach for Valencia Coverings, a flooring and wall coverings company.
Valencia Coverings currently operates a showroom in the Miami Design District at 275 NE 59th Street. The lease represents the company’s expansion into Broward County.
“This deal demonstrates the strength of the market as well as this particular asset,” commented Jones.
Jones represented Valencia Coverings in the deal.
CBRE’s Larry Genet, Tom O’Loughlin, and Harry Tangalakis are exclusive leasing representatives for Lakeview Center, a seven-building industrial park built in 1983. The park is owned by an affiliate of Industrial Income Trust Inc. (IIT).
The deal closed on June 24.
Levy Real Advisors recently closed an additional 46,504 square feet in lease transactions.  Those deals include:

• Two 3-year lease deals at Copans Industrial Park:  a 5,420-square-foot lease deal on behalf of Ability Medical Supply and a 4,467-square-foot lease deal on behalf of Bambach Interiors. Jan Stolow, Broker Associate/Property Manager/Principal with Levy Realty Advisors and Alan Levy, principal of Levy Realty Advisors negotiated the deals.

• A 3-year, 9,344-square-foot lease deal at 5100 Building located at 5100 N. Federal Highway in Fort Lauderdale on behalf of New Image Group.  The deal represents an expansion for the tenant of 4,138 square feet. Alan Levy negotiated the deals on behalf of the Landlord.

• A 10-year, 7,556-square-foot lease deal at POLO Commerce Center located at 1000 Clint Moore Road in Boca Raton on behalf of Compounding Docs.  Judith Deveau Montella, Vice President/Broker with Levy Realty Advisors negotiated the deal on behalf of the Landlord. The Tenant was represented by Steve Leeds of Green Capital.

• A 5-year, 7,000-square-foot lease deal at Dania Beach Design and Marine Center located at 1210 Stirling Road in Dania on behalf of Satori Fine Linens.  Matthew Jones and Alan Levy negotiated the deals on behalf of the Landlord.

• Two 3-year lease deals at Claires Corporate Plaza located at 3 SW 129^th in Pembroke Pines:  a 2,961-square-foot lease deal on behalf of Michigan-based Van Dyke Mortgage Corporation and a 1,160-square-foot lease deal on behalf of Priority Realty Partners.  Matthew Jones and Alan Levy negotiated the deals on behalf of the Landlord.

• A 3-year, 2,700-square-foot lease deal at Powerline Commerce Park located at 2133 NW 22 Street in Pompano on behalf of South Florida Real Estate Signs.  Jan Stolow negotiated the deals on behalf of the Landlord.

• A 5-year, 2,380-square-foot lease deal at Boynton West Professional Center located at 1800 Woolbright Road in Boynton Beach on behalf of Another Level Health.  Judith Deveau Montella and Loretta Shatto, Property Manager/Sales Associate with Levy Real Advisors, negotiated the deals on behalf of the Landlord.

• A 5-year, 1,705-square-foot lease deal at the Spectrum Building located at 4901 NW 17^th Way in Fort Lauderdale for AARP Foundation.  Alan Levy negotiated the deal on behalf of the Landlord

• A 10-year, 1,811-square-foot lease deal at Plantation Professional Plaza located at 301 NW 84^th Avenue in Plantation for Jared Lichstrahi, DMD.  Alan Levy negotiated the deal on behalf of the Landlord.

 
With the exception of the Compounding Docs deal at POLO Commerce Center, no co-brokers were involved in the transactions.
