Lee & Associates South Florida’s Milopoulos, Baena Broker Off-Market Industrial Transaction In Pompano Beach

Lee & Associates South Florida Principal Greg Milopoulos and Senior Vice President Christian Baena successfully brokered the off-market sale of a 28,919-square-foot industrial building in Pompano Beach.

The duo represented longtime client Stonelake Capital Partners in its acquisition of the property, which was previously owned by Nine Realty Group LLC.

The property is located at 1401 SW 8th Street.

“We are excited to close another strategic acquisition for Stonelake, identifying a high-value, off-market investment opportunity in the thriving Pompano Beach industrial market,” Milopoulos said.

The industrial building features 18’ clear ceilings, seven dock doors and  a new spec office that should be completed during the first quarter of 2026. The building is located on a 1.73-acre parcel, which includes a half-acre Industrial Outside Storage (IOS) yard.

Milopoulos and Baena have closed many deals with Stonelake over the last few years, including industrial acquisitions in Fort Lauderdale, Sunrise and Pompano Beach, and will will continue to assist Stonelake with the repositioning of the asset, which includes marketing and leasing up existing vacancies.

The duo closed over 150,000 square feet of sales and leases in 2024 and nearly 300,000 square feet so far in 2025.
