Portfolio Spans Miami and Hialeah Industrial Markets
The acquisition includes properties in two of Miami-Dade County’s established industrial areas. Together, the assets provide nearly 388,000 square feet of industrial space within a region supported by dense population, major transportation infrastructure and significant distribution activity.
At more than $108 million, the transaction also illustrates the scale of capital that remains active in South Florida industrial real estate. Large portfolio trades such as this can provide a useful benchmark for investors tracking values across Miami-Dade’s warehouse and logistics markets.
