Marcus & Millichap announced the sale of a Hollywood industrial portfolio.

The properties sold for $9,360,000.

Doug Mandel and Zachary Levine, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Fort Lauderdale office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, Holly 1, LLC.

The 44,400-square-foot portfolio, located at 5801 Dawson St. and 5660 Rodman St., occupies nearly two full acres north of Pembroke Road and east of State Road 7. Positioned near major thoroughfares including Interstate 95 and Florida’s Turnpike, the 12-building, small bay properties boast a 92% occupancy rate. The 61 units within the portfolio range from 450 to 1,500 square feet and are zoned for IM-2, allowing for industrial automotive use.
