Marcus & Millichap Arranges Sale Of 4.45-Acres Parcel, 12,000 SF Warehouse/Office For $17 Million In Off-Market Deal

Marcus & Millichap announced the sale of 3275-3295 Northwest 41st Street, 4.45-acres of land and a 12,000 square-foot warehouse/office located in Miami, for $17,037,423.

“This sale is a further testament to the appetite for well-located industrial sites,” said Landy Toledo, first vice president investments.

Toledo sourced the seller of the off market site.  The buyer, a private investor was also secured and represented by Toledo.

The site is near Miami International Airport, the port of Miami and lies within the Brownsville submarket.
