Marcus & Millichap Arranges Sale Of Three Vacant Commercial Buildings In Hallandale Beach
Marcus & Millichap arranged the sale of three vacant commercial buildings totaling 33,000 square feet in Hallandale Beach for $8.7 million.
The property, located in an opportunity zone with Regional Activity Center (RAC) corridor zoning, allows for a wide range of uses, including residential, office, retail, restaurant and hotel.
Ryan Shaw, Drew Kristol and Kirk Olson, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Miami office, represented the buyer, a private investor, in the transaction.
“This property sits on a rare full city block spanning nearly 80,000 square feet just minutes west of Federal Highway,” said Kristol, senior managing director investments.
Located at 100 E. Hallandale Beach Blvd., the 1.5-acre site sits at the intersection of Hallandale Beach Boulevard and SE 1st Avenue, offering high visibility and accessibility. The property is adjacent to the revitalized District 8 entertainment corridor, a growing hub for arts, dining and retail. Hallandale Beach is experiencing a surge in mixed-use and high-density developments, with more than $1 billion in projects underway, including residential towers, retail centers and hospitality ventures.
