Media Realty Closes Sale Of Scan Design Building In Hollywood

Media Realty and Advisors,Inc. Broker/Owner Peter Dacko announced the sale of the Scan Design Building located at 4150 N. 28th Terrace in Hollywood.

HLOM LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, purchased the 33,000-square-foot building on an all-cash basis from M H Berkson Associates LTD for $6,750,000, or approximately $205 per square foot. The building is situated on 1.5 acres.

Dacko represented the seller in the transaction.

Dacko generated multiple offers and the property entered escrow approximately four weeks after being brought to market. Originally built as a retail showroom, the one-story, single tenant building’s 9-to-14-foot clear ceiling height limited the overall utility of the subject property.

It is situated across from I-95 Oakwood Plaza which is a major power center. It is also located in close proximity to the Fort Lauderdale/Hollywood International Airport and Port Everglades.
