Medical Device Manufacturer Leases 49,500 SF

CBRE has arranged a five-year lease for medical device manufacturer ERBA Diagnostics in the Miami Lakes Business Park-East located at 14100 N.W. 57th Court, Miami Lakes.
The company assumed occupancy of the new 49,000-square-foot space on January 1, 2014.
CBRE First Vice President Ron Berger represented the landlord, JRDP Associates No. 1, Ltd.
“The 49,000-square-foot ERBA Diagnostics expansion will accommodate the growth the company is experiencing in the sales and distribution of medical devices,” said Berger.
Earlier known by the name of IVAX Diagnostics, the company specializes in manufacture and marketing of proprietary diagnostic reagents, test kits and instrumentation in the areas of autoimmune, chemistry, hematology, diabetes and infectious diseases.
