Medical Equipment Manufacturer Relocates HQ To Sunrise
Brenner Real Estate Group‘s Kathleen Alberts, CCIM, Senior Vice President, Commercial Brokerage, and Helen Weissman, CCIM, Senior Vice President, Commercial Brokerage, represented the seller, AG Findings, in the sale of a commercial building in Sawgrass International Corporate Park.
Southern Invest, LLC, a medical equipment manufacturer, purchased the 14,866-square-foot, one-story warehouse/flex building at 320 International Parkway in Sunrise, for its corporate headquarters location. The purchase represents a relocation of the firm within Sunrise.
The buyer was represented by Joseph Pelayo of Total Real Estate Consultants.
