MG Developer Breaks Ground On Its First Luxury Residential Tower In Hialeah

Led by Alirio Torrealba, MG Developer held its first groundbreaking in the City of Progress for the construction of a 10-story apartment rental building in Hialeah, named Metro Parc. This groundbreaking event also marks the company’s launch of its new multifamily residential division of rental buildings, which is in a long-term partnership with Baron Property Group, a New York based development company led by Matthew Baron, that has more than a decade of experience in the multifamily housing. There are more rental communities planned in this partnership.

Metro Parc will be a 3.26-acre project that will consist of two, mixed-use tower buildings that will feature 560-units of rental apartments comprised of studios, one-bedroom/one bath, and two bedroom/ two bath ranging from 500 square feet to 1000 square feet. Amenities will include co-working spaces, an outdoor kitchen, a pool, gym, resort style landscaping and will also have retail spaces on the ground level as well as ample parking and a food marketplace to give the young population and families a new place for their new life.

Located between 955 East 24th Street and 980 East 26th Street, Metro Parc will be conveniently located two blocks from the metro rail and Tri-Rail Transfer Station bringing a new type of chic urban lifestyle to the transient-oriented community. This site is also in walking distance to Hialeah Medical Services, near Amelia Earhart Park; and is only a mile from Hialeah’s up-and-coming Arts District, which will deliver a vibrant cultural and entertainment scene with galleries, breweries, restaurants, and shops.

MG Developer recently announced it will also be groundbreaking on a 50-residence enclave in Coral Gables, called Gables Village. Additionally, the developer also announced that within 90 days of completion of Althea Row, a luxurious set of five 3-story town houses, it nearly sold out. In the summer of 2022, MG Developer, will also be completing Biltmore Row, a set of 3-story, 10 residential townhomes that will complete the Biltmore Square Community in Coral Gables. MG’s prior developments include Biltmore Parc Condominiums, and a variety of luxury townhomes including, Beatrice Row, 444 Valencia, Villa Blanc, The Ponce Townhomes, and custom homes in South Miami Ave and Coconut Grove.
