Michael Rauch Opens Boutique Firm

Commercial real estate broker, property manager and investor, Michael W. Rauch, has branded a new boutique brokerage, investment and property management firm located in Boca Raton.
The new firm, Rauch, Hartman, Sherer & Co., Chartered Commercial Real Estate Advisors, has located its new headquarters at the Royal Palm Tower in Boca Raton.
The firm is a partner in the independent equity firm Zurich Capital Advisors and has ownership interests in multiple investment-grade commercial properties throughout the Southeast.
Rauch plans to open with two to four broker associate vice presidents sharing the Broward and Palm Beach offices.
Rauch is a former partner of Rauch, Weaver, Millsaps & Co. and is a member of the South Florida Realtors Commercial Alliance (RCA), the Urban Land Institute (ULI), BOMA, NAREIT, and FAR/NAR.
